ARIEL DAVID HARARI - Director responsible for Compliance and Risk  

Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 2000, Ariel has worked at American Express Bank (Offshore Funds, 1999), Deutsche Bank (Fund Manager/Asset Management, 2000 to 2001) and ING Bank N.V. (Treasury Trader, from 2001 to 2005). He was partner at ADH Invest from 2006 to 2022 and has Anbima CPA-20 certification. Approved in the course Compliance and KYC Information (ANBIMA) in 2023.

MICHEL ISAAC HARARI - Director responsible for Management  

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 2000, Michel was Managing Partner of Grupo Semco (Investment Holding) from 2002 to 2015, having previously worked at Natura and Francap. He has been accredited by the CVM since 2014 to manage third-party securities portfolios. Michel was manager of an Equity Club from 2016 to 2019 and has been Manager of an Equity Holding since 2017.

ALBERTO HARARI - Director  

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 1972. He had experience as a businessman in the packaging and import sectors from the 1970s to the 1990s and since 1995 he has worked in the financial market, initially in a commercial bank, managing proprietary resources and later providing advice to companies and families.     

BENI CATTAN - Analyst in the Compliance and Risk area

Graduated in Publicity and Propaganda in 2017 from Mackenzie, he began his professional career in 2015 at Hasbro in the Marketing area and since 2017 he has been working in the financial market. He has the CPA-20 Certification from ANBIMA and completed the operator/banker course at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios in 2017.
